This day-long conference will include:  

A. Morning Plenary panel discussing mindfulness in K-12 education (BK Bose, Niroga Institute), higher education (Rose Sackey-Milligan, University of Massachusetts at Amherst & cambio Integral) and research (Trish Broderick, Learning to Breathe and Penn State Prevention Research Center) followed by a moderated Q & A

B. Afternoon Workshop sessions exploring mindfulness with youth, PK-12 educators, college educators, and parents, facilitated by Dorothe Bach & Sandy Seidel, Valerie Brown, Wynne Kinder, David Levy, Marilyn Webb Neagley & Carol Wheeler, Diane Reibel, Thomas Roepke & Dzung Vo) 

C. Interest group dialogues (small communities of conference participants with shared interests)

D. Closing MIEN community building experience

Lunch will be provided and there will be an option to eat in silence.
